Prestone Goodwood Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (‘rules’) and apply exclusively to the Prestone ‘Enter Our Goodwood Festival of Speed Prize Draw’ competition.
  2. Prestone has the exclusive right to make changes to the competition, or remove it, without notice.
  3. Prestone’s ruling is final in the event of a dispute or disagreement.
  4. Prestone employees, and parties associated with the company, are not eligible to enter the competition and will be disqualified.
  5. Entrants must confirm that the information they submit is current, complete and true.
  6. Prestone reserves the exclusive right to disqualify entrants it believes have broken the rules.
  7. To enter the competition, entrants must submit their details in the form provided on the competition page.
  8. To claim the competition prize,
  9. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
  10. Entrants must be citizens of the United Kingdom.
  11. Entrants may submit one entry per person.
  12. Prestone is not responsible for the failed delivery of the prize due to the incorrect input of address and contact details.
  13. Competition closing time and date is at 5pm on 10th July
  14. The winner will be chosen at random.
  15. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  16. The winner will receive a Virgin Experience track day experience courtesy of Prestone.
  17. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the winner’s email within 3 days.
  18. Prestone has the right to use all materials submitted for marketing purposes, unless specified in writing.
  19. Prestone cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during the delivery of the prize.
  20. The competition is governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England.
