- These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (‘rules’) and apply exclusively to the Prestone ‘Enter Our Goodwood Festival of Speed Prize Draw’ competition.
- Prestone has the exclusive right to make changes to the competition, or remove it, without notice.
- Prestone’s ruling is final in the event of a dispute or disagreement.
- Prestone employees, and parties associated with the company, are not eligible to enter the competition and will be disqualified.
- Entrants must confirm that the information they submit is current, complete and true.
- Prestone reserves the exclusive right to disqualify entrants it believes have broken the rules.
- To enter the competition, entrants must submit their details in the form provided on the competition page.
- To claim the competition prize,
- Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
- Entrants must be citizens of the United Kingdom.
- Entrants may submit one entry per person.
- Prestone is not responsible for the failed delivery of the prize due to the incorrect input of address and contact details.
- Competition closing time and date is at 5pm on 10th July
- The winner will be chosen at random.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- The winner will receive a Virgin Experience track day experience courtesy of Prestone.
- To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the winner’s email within 3 days.
- Prestone has the right to use all materials submitted for marketing purposes, unless specified in writing.
- Prestone cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during the delivery of the prize.
- The competition is governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England.
