How often/when should I flush my radiator?

At Prestone, we advise that you flush your radiator in accordance with the vehicle’s coolant service interval. The information regarding the vehicle’s coolant service interval can be found in your vehicle handbook or in the vehicle service record. If you have lost the service record or suspect that the coolant in your engine needs to be replaced, we advise you drain and flush the cooling system with water before refilling with Prestone antifreeze/coolant.

This will ensure that your car is protected for 5 years or up to 150,000 miles, so you don’t need to worry about overheating, frost or corrosion.
