Will screen wipes affect my headlights?

We would always recommend using glass or plastic wipes to clean your car’s headlights. Products like Holts Screenies are designed to remove stubborn dirt and deposits without causing damage or permanently degrading the surface of the headlight.

Never use harsh chemical cleaners on glass or plastic surfaces around your car, as these can result in irreversible damage to interior and exterior surfaces. Holts Screenies can be used alongside regular car washes to keep your car’s headlights clean and free from dirt, deposits and smears, maximising visibility out on the road.

How do I use Screenies to clean my car windows?

Holts Screenies can be used whenever you need to clean your car’s windows, both on the inside and the outside.

For interior cleaning, there’s no need to wash the windows first. Just keep a pack of Screenies handy for a quick, hassle-free way to clean internal glass surfaces.

As for the outside, Screenies are best used on semi-clean car windows, when you want to refresh the surface between washes. They shouldn’t be used as an alternative to regular car washing, but instead used as and when you need to remove dirt and smears from the exterior windows.

To use Screenies, remove one wipe from the pack and wipe down the exterior glass, using an even motion while avoiding scrubbing. Dispose of each wipe after use and refresh them regularly to avoid scratching surfaces with residual dirt.

Screen wipes like Holts Screenies are ideal for cleaning glass and other glossy surfaces around your car. They’re designed to remove stubborn dirt and deposits without leaving behind any residue or marks, so you’re guaranteed a clear, streak-free finish for optimum visibility.
