We are looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team, based in our Manchester offices. The role is UK focused in the main, but will also support our marketing activities in France and Germany.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a busy, fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. The role is pivotal to supporting the wider marketing team and will ensure exposure across the full marketing mix. With four market-leading brands to work with, this is a hands-on role that will support the team in delivering a wide variety of activity, including product development, marketing campaigns, trade shows, digital content, artwork approvals and providing support to customers.

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s highly motivated, pays close attention to detail and is always ready to roll their sleeves up and get involved.

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager in France, provide administrative support for EPD and NPD projects, in line with our internal processes and procedures.
  • Organising of Trade Shows, including co-ordinating marketing materials and exhibition equipment and services.
  • Arrange product samples for customer meetings and social media competitions.
  • Supporting the Product Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager with campaign activations.
  • Provide the Digital Marketing Manger with product data and images for Holts and customer websites.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of product content in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager and Multimedia Manager.
  • Working with the Marketing Analyst, update and maintain EPOS sales reports.
  • Support Product Performance Reviews by managing the product discontinuation process.
  • Provide supporting materials for product launches i.e., Marketing Information Sheets
  • Any other ad hoc duties

  • Completer/finisher
  • Interest in cars/car care advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and access to car at all times


  • Marketing Graduate or previous Marketing experience
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • French and German language desirable, but not essential.
