Location: Head office, Trafford Park, Manchester

(Hybrid 3 Days in Office – Tues to Thurs- 2 Days From Home)

Reporting to the Change Manager & Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Project initiation and set-up
  • Project planning and management
  • Providing technical and quality support to the various teams
  • Reviewing NPD process
  • Project closing and reviewing
  • Preparing label briefs
  • Evaluating product performance


  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  • A proven track record of driving continuous improvement, process improvement and/or business change initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


  • MS Office
  • MS Project or another related Project Software
  • SAP/BW
  • SharePoint and/or Monday.com
  • Project Management/Co-ordination experience or Qualification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Prince 2 foundation (desirable)
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable
