About the role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function at the Plant, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of all plant and equipment.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team
• Drive maintenance strategy (PPM/TPM) and maximise plant performance
• Lead CI initiatives to improve safety, quality and efficiency
• Deliver engineering projects and CAPEX improvements
• Ensure full compliance with HSE and site safety standards

• Engineering leadership within manufacturing/process environment
• Strong mechanical & electrical background
• Experience with maintenance systems and CAPEX delivery
• Formal engineering qualification

• FMCG/chemical manufacturing experience
• Lean/Six Sigma or IOSH/NEBOSH
