Terms and Conditions:
- Competition is open to UK residents only.
- Entrants must be 18 or over.
- The competition closes at midnight on the 21st July 2019
- Employees of Holt Lloyd and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter.
- If you submit your email address or phone number with your entry, you agree to be added to our mailing list for promotions. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.
- The winner and all entrants to the competition agrees to the use of his/her name, location submitted image and statements in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Entries must be made via the Simoniz website, with a genuine photo of your car.
- Entries will remain on the Simoniz website for the duration of the competition. Simoniz reserves the right to use them in future publicity material.
- There is no fee for entering the competition.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will be notified by email if they have won a prize. You must claim your prize within the timeframe given.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
