Simoniz Summer Shine Competition: Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (‘rules’) and apply exclusively to the Simoniz Summer Shine competition.
  2. The Simoniz team exclusively reserves the right to change the rules of the competition or remove the competition with no notice.
  3. If a dispute or disagreement arises, Simoniz’s decision and ruling is final.
  4. Employees of Simoniz or employees of any partner brands or individuals with a direct connection to Simoniz are not eligible to enter the competition and will be removed immediately.
  5. Entrants are hereby confirming that all information submitted is current, complete, true and their personal property.
  6. Simoniz reserves the right to exclude and disqualify any entrants they believe to have broken the rules of the competition.
  7. In the event of disqualification, Simoniz will select an alternative winner.
  8. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
  9. Entrants must be current citizens of the United Kingdom.
  10. Simoniz will not be held responsible for missed delivery due to incorrect submission of address and contact information.
  11. Entrants may submit more than one entry.
  12. Simoniz will accept no responsibility for the safekeeping of any materials which have been entered for the competition.
  13. Competition closing time and date is 5pm on Monday 31 August 2015.
  14. It is the winning entrant’s responsibility to claim the prize within the time frame specified by Simoniz.
  15. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  16. All taxes and insurances are solely the responsibility of the winner.
  17. Simoniz exclusively reserves the right to use any of the entered materials for marketing purposes, unless any agreement otherwise is reached in writing.
  18. Simoniz accepts absolutely no responsibility for any damage or loss during the delivery of the prize.
  19. The competition is governed absolutely by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England.
  20. Winning entrants may be requested to participate in promotional activity and Simoniz reserves the right to use the names of winners and their winning entries.
